How do I amend my policy?
As an existing travel insurance policyholder, you may wish to change your insurance details or want travel insurance advice.
If this is the case, simply call us on 0845 601 2222. Lines are open 8:00am-8:00pm Monday to Friday and 9:00am-4:00pm on Saturdays.
Please note that your travel premium may change and you may have to pay your insurer an additional premium (inclusive of insurance premium tax) and we may make an administration charge independently of any charge imposed by the insurer. Please see our "Charges structure" document for details on our charges. You will need to pay any charges due, and accept any terms and conditions changes, prior to any changes being made to your policy.
