What is Home Emergency Service?
With Home Emergency Service, in the event of an emergency an authorised tradesman will be appointed to carry out immediate repairs. This service will settle the bill on your behalf, (subject to a maximum limit of £150), for any emergency covered by the policy. Refer to the policy wording for full details.

What is HomeCALL?
It is a low-cost insurance policy which covers you for the legal costs involved in defending or taking action against an infringement of your legal rights.

These optional extras are only valid for the period of home insurance and must be taken out to commence at the start of your home insurance policy or at renewal.
